**TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The “First Booking Within 30 Days” offer ONLY applies to NEW clients who sign up for Residentually’s Vacation Rental Management services. The offer is valid for properties listed within 30 days of signing a management agreement with Residentually. We guarantee a booking within 30 days of the property being listed and activated on rental platforms. If no booking is secured within this 30-day period, the management fee for your first rental booking will be waived; this waiver applies only to the management fee for that single booking, excluding other fees such as maintenance and cleaning. The 30-day period begins once the property listing is fully active and bookable on all selected rental platforms, as determined by Residentually. To qualify, the property must meet Residentually’s minimum quality and maintenance standards; any necessary repairs or updates may delay the activation date. Property owners are responsible for providing timely access for Residentually staff to prepare the property, including professional cleaning, photography, and other necessary preparations. If the property owner cancels the management agreement within the first 30 days, the offer is void, and all applicable fees will apply as per the management contract. Residentually reserves the right to determine on which rental platforms the property will be listed to optimize visibility and booking rates. This offer does not apply to properties with highly restricted availability or unusual seasonal limitations within the 30-day period. Residentually reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice, though any agreement already in effect will be honored under the original terms.
