We replaced aging roofs and shingles, repointed the chimneys, installed new windows and doors, and unified the look of both homes with a cohesive, refreshed design. By the time warmer weather arrived, the cottages felt renewed—weather-tight, polished, and ready to welcome another season by the sea.
