Handyman
Cape Cod / Field Role
Role Summary: We’re hiring a reliable handyman to support a steady pipeline of residential maintenance and improvement projects across Cape Cod. This is a hands-on role for someone who shows up, communicates clearly, and takes pride in clean, finished work.
What you’ll do
- Complete common home maintenance and repair tasks (interior + exterior)
- Troubleshoot issues and recommend next steps when needed
- Document work with notes/photos and communicate status updates
- Work respectfully in and around high-value homes
- Coordinate with our operations team and follow clear scopes
What we’re looking for
- Strong general repair skills and good problem-solving instincts
- Professional communication and a calm, customer-first approach
- Clean work habits (prep, protection, cleanup, finish quality)
- Valid driver’s license + dependable transportation
- Ability to work independently and keep a schedule
Nice to have
- Basic carpentry, painting, minor drywall, light fixture swaps, small exterior repairs
- Experience working in property management or home care environments

Property Manager
Cape Cod / Operations + Field Oversight
Role Summary: We’re hiring a property manager to help oversee home care operations across a growing portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and confident managing schedules, homeowners, vendors, and field priorities.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate property visits, maintenance workflows, and vendor scheduling
- Communicate with homeowners and partners with clarity and professionalism
- Track open issues, follow up on work completion, and ensure high standards
- Handle urgent situations calmly and escalate appropriately when needed
- Keep documentation clean: notes, photos, service logs, and follow-through
What we’re looking for
- Strong organization and time management
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Comfort coordinating multiple vendors and moving parts
- High attention to detail and a “finish the job” mindset
- Local Cape Cod knowledge is a plus
Nice to have
